“We go to work every day with the single mission of helping make our clients more productive”
Duncan Little, CEO
Duncan started his career on the dry desk of a ship broker in London. He then joined the graduate program at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he worked in both the Risk and Assurance teams. This is where he became fascinated by process improvement and how incremental change could deliver significant value to organisations over time. Through his work in professional services he worked with clients in diverse industries. This facilitated a speed of learning to understand the key drivers of a business. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant through the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales (ICAEW) in 2009.
In 2010 he was transferred to the PwC offices in New York. He quickly moved up the ranks with increased responsibility for client management and business development. In 2013 he joined a chemical tanker owner and operator where he was instrumental in all financial elements of a carve-out of its operations to private equity ownership. He was the CFO of this business and took the company through a capital raising of $190m.
Duncan moved to Australia in 2017 and commenced work as the CFO for a mid-tier law firm. He started LexVeritas in 2019 and is responsible for the overall operations of the company and business development initiatives.
