The Position
Our Client is a well regarded full service, national firm with offices across Australia. This firm’s Commercial Property team is searching for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team based in Brisbane, assisting in the sale and purchase of property matters. As an important member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting and high-profile matters and work directly with a Principal.

Day-to-day, the position involves:

  • File management of conveyances for Buyers and Sellers;
  • All forms of client correspondence;
  • Amending documents;
  • Liaising with clients, both internal and external and service providers;
  • End of month billing;
  • Providing assistance and guidance to support staff as needed;
  • General administrative duties of the division such as diary and file management e.g. filing, bring ups, opening and archiving files;

Role Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience:

  • At least 2-3 years’ or more previous experience in a conveyancing paralegal role;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • A high level of motivation and enthusiasm;
  • A high level of focus and attention to detail;
  • A team player attitude; and
  • Strong organisation skills, together and ability to manage conflicting priorities simultaneously.
